We are looking for a project coordinator to join our growing team in SALEM, OR. This person will be responsible for general support to divisional Project Managers; assists in coordinating the setup, build phase, and closeout of projects; acts as document controller/distributor; and ensures timely and quality communication by acting as a liaison with Customers, Subcontractors, Architects, Owner, and General Contractors on active projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project document control and distribution
  • Manages project design documents and plan sets
  • RFI, ASI, and COR coordination and tracking
  • Interface with and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients
  • Interact with safety manager and implement safety protocols
  • Coordinate construction activities throughout duration of project
  • Track labor budgets to actual progress
  • Research and develop solutions to MEP problems
  • Perform additional assignments as assigned
  • Analysis of project schedule and critical path
  • Review project quality and report to division leaders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field
  • 2+ years' experience of project coordination experience in a MEP setting or other construction related trade
  • Proficiency with MSOffice products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and BlueBeam preferred
  • Experience in a mechanical or construction trade preferred
